Attorney Michael T. Bennett, Jr., in addition to being a partner in the Nuva-Ring specialty law firm Bennett & Hoffecker, LLP, is also the principal of Michael T. Bennett, Jr., P.C. a trial firm dedicated to the representation of individuals who have suffered injuries and death due defective products and the negligence of others.

Attorney Michael T. Bennett, Jr.'s areas of practice include: products liability, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, negligent security, and virtually all types of cases involving injury or business torts. Mike has represented parties in numerous cases exceeding one million dollars, including several million and multi-million dollar cases, as well as many more cases exceeding $100,000.00.

Attorney Michael T. Bennett, Jr. has built a strong reputation in Atlanta and throughout the state of Georgia, by bringing cases to trial and obtaining excellent jury verdicts for our clients. Every case, whether it involves defective products, medical malpractice, car accident, trucking accident, or a premises liability matter, is prepared from the beginning for presentation to a jury. Our reputation for detailed trial preparation and uncommon results has also led to enormous success in resolving cases through settlement without even going to trial.

Attorney Michael T. Bennett, Jr. brings a dual perspective to personal injury lawsuit cases. After developing his expertise in a high end Plaintiff’s personal injury boutique practice during his first years out of law school, Mike chose to round out his experience by working for a large insurance defense law firm where he gained extensive experience defending insurance companies, trucking companies, automobile driver defendants, and retail business establishments in personal injury cases. After gaining the invaluable experience of how “the other side” prepares its defense in personal injury matters, in 2005, he formed his own law firm and turned his acquired knowledge and skills toward protecting the rights of people injured by defective products and the negligence of others.

Attorney Michael T. Bennett, Jr. receives a significant number of clients through attorney referrals. Our lawyers are recognized throughout the legal community as effective and efficient litigators that have the ability to obtain favorable settlements and jury verdicts through meticulous trial preparation for all types of personal injury cases, from defective products, professional negligence, construction accidents, to landlord liability, to general negligence liability. We have the resources necessary to bring complex litigation to trial if a fair settlement cannot be reached.
